Summary: Reform Pilates Barnes are partnering with the Warren Smith Ski Academy for the UK Ski Technique Lab Tour 2025. This unique programme helps skiers of all levels prepare for the season with expert guidance and off-snow training.
Developed over 20 years, the Ski Technique Lab uses simple tests to assess movement, improve biomechanics, and reduce injury risk. Attendees will leave with personalised insights and a clear plan to enhance their skiing before winter begins.
