Set within the rich, creative legacy of the Olympic building, the private hire options span from personalised family events, large-scale screenings in Screen 1, to the full hire of the entire building for filming.

Warm and inviting, the Bar & Bistro offers a flexible space for any event. It can be hired for a sit-down meal for up to 110 guests or transformed into a drinks reception and party space for up to 140 standing. Our chefs can create a bespoke set menu, complemented by a selection of drinks and canapés tailored to your event.
Just outside at the front of the building, the Terrace space is available for use with all Café & Dining Room hires.

Just upstairs from the Club Room, our aptly named Green Room is a private, cosy, and flexible space available for exclusive hire. With large south-facing windows and high ceilings, it’s a bright and inviting room, an ideal space for hosting breakfast, lunch and dinner. It’s particularly popular for hosting Supper Clubs that transform into lively evenings of dancing under the disco ball, while enjoying cocktails from the private in-room bar.
By day, the room is also perfect for meetings, photoshoots, away-days. Please be aware that this room is only accessible via the stairs.

Once the home of the legendary recording Studio 1 from 1967-2008, it remains the soul of the building today. With its state-of-the-art Dolby Atmos sound, vision, and design, the space creates a truly immersive cinematic experience, uncompromising in every detail. The stage is also perfectly placed for use in Q&As and events.
