What will you be doing day to day?
- Working closely with our Head Chef and the kitchen team
- Lead the kitchen in our Chef’s absence
- Working as a team player at all times
- Demonstrate excellent knowledge of our products
- Help to ensure a smooth and high-quality service
- Making sure all checklists and cleaning rotas are adhered to
- Assist with new menu preparation
What do you need to bring with you?
- A minimum of 2 years’ experience
- Attention to detail
- A strong ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Commitment and drive
- The ability to attend and undertake all required training
- A genuine passion for food
- Excellent communication skills
